intimate, curated art tours

If paintings could throw glitter you’ll be sparkling from head to toe! The flamboyance of Bronzino’s St Sebastian finds its match in the outrageous demands of Rubens’ Zeus, plus we’ll meet Joshua Reynold’s most controversial model, Kitty Fisher, and unravel the secrets of one of the most parodied and bizarre paintings in the world. It involves two women in a bath and a nipple tweak! Sexy, fun and brimming with irreverence and gossip, feather boas are optional.

Thursday 16 July 6.00 – 7.00pm, £10 per person

I was thrilled to be asked to write an article for FOCUS magazine, which is a bi-monthly publication for expats living in the UK. It talks about how I curate gallery tours – remember them?! If you’d like to have a read, the link is HERE.

In times like these we all need beauty, fun and stimulation in our lives. For obvious reasons the National Gallery has closed its doors for the time being so we won’t be romping through the gallery for a while.

I am, however, avidly making videos with my trusty green screen and will be posting one a week.

I’ve also committed to doing an Instagram Live, ‘Elevenses with Lynne’ every Thursday at 11am, please join me!

If there’s a painting you’d like me to talk about why not let me know via email and I’ll see what I can do.

Sending love to you all. Stay safe and sane!
